uploading & hot file downloading problem

uploading & hot file
links are not working

i have latest version of FRD

but some massage are giving when i try to to download from
uploading & hot file

"no string between 'file_id' and 'action' was not found"........uploading
"tag with containing 'click here to download' was not found" hot file


please help as soon as possible
