indowebster error and bebasupload error

I have downloaded the update 0.9.5 for indowebster using FRD 0.83u1 and try to download this
sample link : [www.indowebster.com]
and resulting an ERROR - File not Found
maybe there are some changes in a way indowebster do

I can't download it even with browser so i dont think its our fault.

Javi: they limit it to indonesia IP.
JPEXS is on it.
