Error Rdio.com links with character " (quotation marks).

The Rdio.com plugin is not working for tracks that contains the character " (quotation marks).

Example:
h**p://www.rdio.com/artist/Anna_Veleva/album/Famous_Soprano_Opera_Arias/track/Lucia_Lammermoor,_Act_1_-_"Regnava_nel_silenzio"/
