I was wondering is it possible to make a plugin for sites that offer anime. They actually offer you a link to download for free. Can a plugin be made for them. I know 2 really good ones. But my browser keeeps stopping dl and i have to go restart from beginning. Your restart after interruption feature would be really nice

That feature is already in FRD. No new Plug-in needed.

Open FRD.
Go to FRD > Options > Preferences > General > Enable direct downloads.
Give Tick mark in 'Enable direct downloads'.
Click OK.

Then copy the download link from anime site and place it in FRD by clicking "Add Urls".
Start your download.

A plugin could be made for almost any site.
I have no idea what the 2 sites you know are, so can't say for sure.
Follow rose27's advice and, if the sites allow it, FRD should restart downloads after interruption
