Hi,
is it only me or nobody wanted a Spotify plugin yet? Search results are empty. Though I think it would be quite hard to extract the audio from spotify web player. Example: [open.spotify.com] - This is the only genuine version of Popcorn that was broadcasted by Ceskoslovenska Televize in the TVŠ. Yeah, spotify needs registration, but this is just a piece of cake. Catching the audio would be a challenge, I think.

I've looked at Spotify in the past. It's really difficult, and additionally the songs are split into 5 second pieces which would need to be joined together. They are also low quality.

I think there are other programs that can download songs if you have a Spotify Premium account.
