The plugin is broken, but you should also not extract a new version of FRD over the previous one.

1. No such errors in log.
2. You are using Java 1.6.0_06 which was released in 2006. I am actually surprised that FRD even starts with it. 1.6.0_22 is the newest.
3. You extracted the new version of FRD in the same folder as the previous one.
