netload plugin error-captcha not found

I'm using the attached plugin right now, it's working. The official update doesn't work.
The address in the plugin's test application (TestApp.java) does not work for some different reason.

In fact I was very much surprised that everyone had write access for the SVN. I was quite sure that my "svn ci" will fail.

I confirm that the plugin attached by fandrew works for me.

Is netload doing something to people in the U.S.? The downloads start in my browser, but give very long time estimates, and then seem to time out. I can't get them to work with FRD either, but it's not a FRD problem.
I've tried disabling my hosts file and adblock plus to no avail.
Heck, I even tried using a "virgin" install of XP on a virtual machine.
