check for new plugins

with so many supported sites now, could a check/uncheck all updates box/or button be added to updates dialog, to ease selecting updates for 'only' a few sites without having to uncheck 200+ updates for sites not needed ?

But why would you not want to keep everything up to date? Downloading a single update takes less than half a second.
