Scheduler - what for?

Hey our dear users,
can you tell us your reasons why we should implement scheduler?
What are you planning to use it for?

Why? I want to download during night, to not waste our shared bandwith at home.

same reason, many countries still offer very limited daytime quotas and sometimes speed during daytime, and allow them at night

for Jordan, Middle east for an example, most ISPs if not all allow unlimited downloads starting midnight and sometimes after midnight, till 6 or 7 am
