Feature Request : Command Line Parameter to resume all downloads

Hi,

is it possible to add a command line switch to automatically start all paused/cancelled
downloads in previous session ?

At present FRD restores download list from previous session as it is. i.e.
if some files are queued and some are paused then the exact status is
restored perfectly. The new command line switch then turn all files status
to paused or queued or canceled depending on parameter option mentioned
like as follows

frd -R c (cancel all) or r (resume all) or p(pause all)

User Preferences -> General ->Continue with ... when app starts does the same

frd.exe -DdownloadOnStart=true (continue)
or
frd.exe -DdownloadOnStart=false (pause all)
