1. more connections, now only 9 or limit to 9 realy downloading
2. proxy option
a) proxy totaly invalid information in 3 try, disable for 2hours (time: user option)
b) proxy not responding in 3 try, disable 1hours (time: user option)
c) best transfer proxy, save for next download with hi priority
d) slow transfer proxy <10KB, save for next download with low priority
e) proxy timeout (time: user option)
f) limit connection proxy connection one for each system (rapidshare, hotfile, etc.)
i used @#$%&, this program is better: use proxy list, faster update protocol plugin
