Speed limit for EACH job.

Hello there,

I would like to suggest that we can choose the DL speed that each active job can take, like for exmaple I right click on an active job and set the DL speed to 50kbs and on another job I set the DL to 150kbs, etc..

I already read the "TODO" list and this specific speed limitation wasn't on it.

Yes! I second that. My internet connection is kinda sucks, and i share it with couple of friends. So if there's speed limit option that would be awesome.
