Proxy/Connection feature

I have a feature request please.

In options you can enable and disable proxy list and default connection separately. I would like to use proxy list for all plugins but a few which I cannot use proxy, for example YouTube. So it would be nice to have a box in each plugins settings which will force the plugin to use default connection and override the default connection settings. To make it even easier each plugin setting could have 3 boxes or a setting: 1.-use default settings, 2.-force default connection 3.-force proxy file connection.

It would also be good to have a feature which will create a checksum of the proxy file, test this checksum every xx minutes (time set by user), and if the checksum is equal, keep murrent proxy list. But if unequal reread the proxy file and use its new proxy data.

Just some ideas for future options which are easy to integrate and useful.

Can anyone show me how to setting up the proxy list in freerapid?
