Hello!

And thanks for this software!
A feature request if you should do : manage load balancing for download limit. For example the possibility to limit to 1Mo/s for all downloads, not each. It is usefull becaus when you restrict each, if you have one which don't take all the bandwith, it can be allowed for the others...
