grouped proxy

i hope can set up different group of proxies, and can assign different hosts to different group proxy
eg. filesonic use proxy group1, where proxy group1 contains 1.2.3.4, 5.6.7.8, 2.2.2.2

because some hosts blocked some area, the existing case is the proxy is used by random if more than one
