Hibview dosnt work

Hello!
I have instaled hibview and also hiblib,conflib and the kernel preos+stdlib on my TI89.
But hibview dosnt work.
There is always the massege "New Kernel needed"

So whats Wrong?? I think i have the newest preos version v1.0.4
