This is the problem. How to fix that? Please help!

You didn't extract ZIP file correctly. You have to preserve folder structure.

Are you from Czech? We can speak Czech. But i not extract anything. I run program from ZIP.

That is exactly why it's not working. You'll have to extract all the files from the ZIP.
