Wont Download After Complete Restore

I even tried the easy ones like from Rapidshare....what it does is starts out ok and keeps getting less and less kb downloads till it gets aroun 10 or 12 and says err error.......have used your downloader since day one and have never had it not download unless you where having a problem....this time the problem is mine...I have 4 other computers running and your program working great on the rest so not my ISP...I am using the same virus and firewalls I have used for a long time....pushing me in the right direction would sure help....thank you



can someone at least tell me what port or ports this runs on so I can check if the port is open...thanks again
