As I wrote before, the JRE installer/updater is simply broken. Use following steps to fix it.
1. Close FRD and your web browser(s)
2. Uninstall all JRE or JDK installed on your systems. Make sure that Java directory in Program files directory is empty.
You can also uninstall any crappy antivirus like ESET S**T Security.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Download full offline installation of JRE (the latest version, 7 if you like) from Oracle pages (http://java.com/download)
5. Make sure you can download your files in the browser. Use stable file fast servers, not the overloaded ones.
6. Run FRD. Make sure you are using the latest plugin versions.
7. Don't use unreliable proxies.
8. Happy downloading.
