kaspersky,win 8 and frd

Hi all! I have a problem with FreeRapid, windows 8 and much probbabilemnte kaspersky 2013, in fact, with all these programs on win 7 everything was to perfection instead of windows 8 I get this error: "can not assign request adress: connect" if off Kasperky but can not connect, someone tell me how can I do to have kaspersky 2013 and freerapd together??

You probably have to add some kind of an exception in your firewall to allow FRD to connect to the internet.

I moved frd allowed in firewall kaspersky but nothing: (... solutions??

I have no idea, I've never used Kaspersky.

You could try disabling it completely to test if it's the problem.

I second the problem, but the problem is not only with FRD.

I have tried @#$%& as well and its blocked in the same way.

My experiments so far.
* Enable components one by one: No Go
* Disable the protection completely and NOT terminate connections: No Go
* Disable the protection complicit and terminate connections: FRD is good

Interesting that once download starts you can enable the protection once again and FRD will happily download until it have to re-establish connection to download site again (new file/dropped connection)

So far got nothing from Kaspersky.

Nope. I have Windows 8 as well and everything works just fine for me.
