Firstly, thanks for what has been an incredibly useful piece of software.

Having said that, I had problems with the original version 9 from the moment I installed it - crashing, losing all links entirely etc.
So when the update appeared I installed it immediately and deleted all old versions. Unfortunately the links which have opened up include many duplicates as well as some old links which had been deleted and they are in a very jumbled order, with multiple links for the same download not being together but interspersed right down the list.
The order bears no relation to either the order links were originally inserted or to how I might have re-ordered any afterwards.
Given the huge number of links in there now it is a real problem. If I did housekeep the whole lot, link by link, which could take ages, and be really tedious, I don't know if they are going to be messed up again.

I'm just wondering if I'm the only person who has this problem,

This probably has to do with the bug in v0.9. It re-imported all links every time after you ran it after running v0.86. Version 0.9u1 fixed this bug, but sounds like your database is pretty messed up. If you want to start from scratch (losing all links and history), you can delete frd.odb from the configuration directory.
