We cannot help you without info from app.log file which is located inside FRD's config directory in your user home (see our FAQ section for specific location on your operating system).
Also a content of that config directory could be helpful to resolve your problem.
Btw. 95% problems with FRD are related to user's antivirus software. Try to disable them.

I ran into the same issue after updating Java from Version 7.10 to 7.11. Rather than spend a bunch of time trying to figure it out, I uninstalled both the i586 and x64 Java versions, then deleted everything under \Program Files (x86)\Java\ and \Program Files\Java\, then reinstalled both Java packages. FRD works fine again. This happened once before when transitioning from Java 6 to 7, with the same resolution.

Edit: and special thanks to Vity for posting this fix a few months ago.

i use eset nod32 but it worked together for a long time before so it shouldn't be the cause of this bug.
i tried uninstalling both java x64 & i586 and the program files folders of java and reinstalling the java 7.11 (x64 & i586) but that didn't work for me..

thanks for all the help :)
