multiple connections to one file

I think there is no "chunkload" -multiple connections to one file- ability in FREERAPID
I've tested on mediafire link and no sucsess (Just 1 connection).

If it's right, can I ask why?

It's pretty difficult to implement properly, and most free services don't support it anyway. It is on our long TODO list though.
