many problems with this software

This software i tried it , it has many many problems you can't rely on it at all

1- it hungs very much , suddenly coming message telling please it seems that problem came maybe you have to restart

2- if the link needs pass then it will stop all downloads asking pass, for exampe if you put 60 files and you leave your desktop, and it founds one file like filefactory asking password , the message for the pass pop up , it will never complete the others files which he is able to get without password

3-also if in the downlod list two files with the same name , popup message come asking you to rename the file or delete, it will never complete any files untill you answer him,, so why?? what is Your problem complete your work, i'm not here i will answer you when i come..No the program will never complete untill you answer him>>>mad

4- suddenly i want to remove complete items i mark around 200 files , press delete , but i found that it goes and delete the original files from my hard disk.... wooohps

We know. The next version will bring timeout for this dialog.

You can set it in user preferences what to do in such cases.

That's not true.
Delete just removes files from the list.
Shift + delete removes files from the list + asking for permission to delete files from the disk.
