Update plugins doesnt work on Windows 7

I use FRD v0-82 on Windows 7 and cannot update plugins.
Problem Description: When notification message pops out: ´´Good news everyone! Plugin updates were detected. What do you want to do?´´ And when i press update bow butoon new message pops: ´´Downloading new plugins...´´ and after a few seconds a new message that says: ´´Update failed. Nothing was updated.´´ Download files works normaly. Just plugin update is the problem. Can you help me?

Run Frd.exe as administrator.
