How export filelist to download (como hago para exportar la lista de los links a bajar)

hola necesitaria saber como hago para exportar la lista de los links a bajar, ya que reinstale el sistema operativo windows xp y guarde todas las carpetas anteriores excepto las temporales, y no he encontrado la lista anterior que poseia en el freerapid, por favor ayuda!

C:\Windows\Documents and Settings\Administrador\Datos de programa\VitySoft\FRD
