access is denied for all links!!

I'm using the FreeRapid Downloader for more than 4 months, always updated, suddenly since 3 days all kind of links gave me message "ERROR Access is denied", Plaese advice?

Invalid proxy? Firewall? Antivirus? whatever...

When I activate Outpost firewall, "FRD. exe" or "FRD.JAR" failed to connect, it can not update plug-in, etc.

Can someone help me with appropriate Outpost firewall setting ?
