Transfering FRD to new PC

Hi, I have recently got a new PC and wanted to transfer all the setting on FRD and all the files from my old PC.
Is there any easy way to do this?
Can I just copy over the entire FRD folder?

You also need to copy the configuration folder. You can find it with Help > Browse to log file. (The path is %AppData%\VitySoft\FRD)
