When I try to export links (selected or all, doesn't matter), I get 0 bytes RSD(F) or CCF file.

It seems that only DLC is OK.

Which version of FRD and which Java version?

Please try FRD 1.0 beta, I think it contains a fix that is required on Java 8 and later.
