How to fix FreeRapid when it broken?

my pc crash last night, and FreeRapid became broken

when i add a link, it will show "Error - No plugin can be associated with this Url"

i redownload the FreeRapiD-0.82.zip and clear All user settings in home directories:
MS Windows: c:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER_NAME\application data\VitySoft\FRD and in registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\vitysoft\frd

but it still not working.....

would you tell me what can i do to fix it?

can you post your app.log file please?

i find out the problem, and fix it, the reason is ramdisk fail
