Need help with using proxy. Please

It is not available in my country.

My question is :

Can I download this playlist via FRD using Proxy?

If yes, I request anyone who is familiar to please take the time and help me out step by step with how to configure proxy on FRD.

I have tried and failed and just cannot unable to figure out how to do it.

if you can, please help with step-by-step instructions on how to configure via both gui and text list based.

please think that you are explaining this to a 5 year old and leave nothing out.
