LINUX Version???

Are there plans/efforts to make a general Linux version available to download? As Windows digs it's grave more people are turning to alternative O/S such as Linux.
Please compile a linux compatible installer/application of this great program. TY

The app is runnable on Linux as well as on Windows as well as on Macintosh. Just read readme.txt file.
