Repetitive Waiting without Captcha

Hello,

I saw a tutorial video on YouTube on how to download from freeRapid, the program is getting the host file from the servers and reads its size. Sadly after the 15 mins waiting period is over the expected Captcha to see isn't loaded instead, the waiting period is refreshed and wait for another 15 mins and so does the circle continue.

idk id this is helpful but the app.log file says

"Mon Dec 21 09:51:55 EET 2020 WARNING: Couldn't create fir C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\VitySoft\FRD"
+ i use a static ip
