Rapidshare storage information change

I know this is not directly connected to FreeRapid but maybe some of you will know the answer to my question.

Rapidshare is changing the rules for accounts with more than 25gb. A file is inactive if it has not been downloaded for at least 90 days, and it will be deleted.

I know people with over 300gb of files stored at rapidshare.

I was wondering if there's a tool to automatically check the last time all files in a particular premium account was downloaded and generate a list, and if possible start the download of each of them, and cancel the transfer after a few seconds.

so when a file is about to be deleted because it was not downloaded in 90 days, this tool would just start the download for a few seconds to trick rapidshare counter and have another 90 days

I do this job manually, I check every file and when they are about to complete 90 days without download, I start to download one by one, just a few seconds, to renew the 90 days period, but I'm tired of doing that.

Thanks in advance
