Whether somebody has the txt file with proxy servers? He could send it to me, or to explain how to create such a file?

Yes, the name doesn't matter.

how do I know if these proxies are enabled. I did so and does not work, or leap error or unsuccessfully trying to connect to the proxy. Do you have the list checked and acting proxy? Write at least 4, working on 100 percent.
