Critical fail please help

Please i dont now what to do because my free rapid downloader is not working the problem is that when i put my links in it it fails to download and the problem is surely in setting but i tryed everythink but nothink works. The redownload doesn't work because the computer remebrer the setting please is there any way how can i reset the settings to basic form?

You can reset all settings by deleting the directory %APPDATA%\VitySoft\FRD\ (where %APPDATA% is C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application Data in XP and C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming in Vista and 7).
