[Solved] Download Speed

Hello is there any chanse to configure download speed rate caus FRD blocks almost 100% of my internet speed in time when FRD is downloading and i cant find any option to limit download rate to like 80kb /s from 128kb/s caus now its downloading fast but its not good for my net it usses almost all download rate i got QoS in router but what port FRD is using ???
