uses this great app alot. Trying to remote control my computer from work (using LogMeIn) or from my android phone results in the same problem.

The window is empty. I can see the frames and captions, but I can't see the content of the window. IS it because it's java ?

All the other applications are perfectly visible.

Yes. It's a limitation of your remote desktop application.
