What's Wrong with this app?

hello, i'm using FRD, but something bother's me!
i'm downloading from rapidshare, but after every same downloads, the app wait 15 Minuets, and then Go to the next download...
why it's can't download it in sequence?
its because we need to change IP and the app doesn't doing it?

BTW, i can translate the app to Hebrew, the offical language in israel
because alot of people are using it in israel.
