connection problems

hi,
i've got connection problems each time i try to download something FRD tells me "ERROR-Connection refused: connect"
What can i do
it was working well before, i never had any problems

"Connection refused" and "Connection timed out" exceptions in the log usually means firewall or connection problems (server side). It's not FRD's fault.
