Files are deleted when light goes!!!

Salam to every one!!!

Last day i have downloade two files.
When they were at their 80%, suddenly the light goes and my computer switched off.
When i restarted my system, unfortunately the files that were of their 80% are deleted.
So is their any solution that the data remains save and resumes from the last point (in my case from 80%) when computer shuts down or restarts?

It's already in the program:

Options>Preferences>General>check: Continue with interrupted downloads when application starts.
