Skipping files in 0.86

Is there any way to turn off a new feature added in version 0.86 which skips files that are already downloading? I have fast internet connection and thus sometimes download the same file from multiple sources to find the fastest one, however with the last version of FRD it is impossible. Unfortunately I didn't find out how to get around this limitation (maybe I'm just looking on bad places).

Add this into startup.properties:
-DcombinedDownloading=false

btw.. why when i check "Allow only one instance" it still let me have more than one window of FRD..
how to fix it? that's an error that i saw in all the FRD versions..

Uninstall ESET antivirus
