All memory taken by jawaw.exe

It happened several times : Freerapid seems to use jawaw.exe and some times it takes all the free memory (I've 8Go and all the 8 Go has been filled, then the hard disk I/O start to raise and PC hangs. Il I kill the jawaw.exe process, it closes Freerapid and the memory is freed...
