Proxy list address rotation?

Hi, is there a way to make FreeRapid rotate through the proxy list addresses (switch to another proxy ip from the list) when a download is failing to start or too slow?

Proxies are already rotating.
Other manual rotating is not available.

Oh thank you i see it now, the time between rotations was too long (120 secs) so i didn't notice the rotation, i set it to 10 secs now.
I noticed that it changes proxy ip on download failure, can i set it to change the ip also when its downloading too slow (minimum download speed)?

By the way, i noticed that manual rotating is infect possible by: right click on the download-->"force download"-->select a specific proxy ip
