REQ-Scheduled Download or easy alternative suggestions

Hi,

Thanks for great program and I am using it with utmost satisfaction.

I think having scheduled download feature will make it super utility
but i saw one post stating that its not a priority. I would like to suggest
a easy alternative. If developers could provide a command line switch
like -f which contains list of urls then program should read
that file and put it into queue and start downloading it on startup.
alternatively giving a additional flag of like paused, stoped
meaning of which will be start downloading at next startup.

We can manage loading of program at specific time with help of cron on linux
and various alarm programs on windows so coders of this program need not
spend much time on scheduling algorithms if other priorities are there.
coders may please help us by providing some of the suggestions mentioned
above if possible.

or otherwise let us know where this program stores filelist and its format
so that one can replace that file before program is loaded with help of some
script. I am using it on Kubuntu.

Thanks and best regards

I guess you are planning to use it to download rapidshare files, right?
So a better solution for you is to use SlimRat.

Wouldn't it just be possible for you to just write a very simple script in something like AHK(AutoHotKey), to accomplish scheduled downloading in FreeRapid Downloader ?
