Plugins can't update.

Solution:
- Move it outside "Program files" folder, to another folder
or
- frd.exe ->Right click -> Properties -> Run as administrator

I done your option 2(frd.exe ->Right click -> Run as administrator) and is ok.
Funny is that my account on the PC is as administrator but still it were necessary to select "Run as adm." as you mention above.
PS: after your option 2 the firewall ask if I wanted to unblocked(I answer yes of course).
