Try to use version 0.83 beta. You can find a link in General section...

Then run FRD as administrator.

Yeah, I would like to explore why it didn't work.
1. Delete any of your plugin from plugins directory.
2. Run 0.83 beta
3. Check for plugin updates.
4. Close app.
5. Upload me the app.log file please.

I can't start FRD after delete all the plugins.

Here's my step:
1. Extract 0.83 beta 2 to an empty directory.
2. Delete the plugin folder
3. Start frd.exe (but nothing happen)

Not the whole folder, just one (any) of plugin from plugins directory.
Create plugins folder again.
