HOW TO REPORT PROBLEM WITH A PLUGIN

First of all: Check that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
(please see Options > Preferences > Plugins > Settings) + [wordrider.net]

Otherwise go to the forum and report this:
  • make sure the link is working in the browser
  • your FRD version – MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING THE LATEST FRD VERSION – 0.9u4
  • your plugin version (please see Options > Preferences > Plugins > Settings),
  • describe problematic behavior,
  • provide download link you have problem with (not link with some violent or p0rn content),
  • we would appreciate if you attached the app.log file (Help > Browse to log file)

We can't fix what we can't reproduce. We ignore simple reports like "plugin is not working".
Thanks for understanding. In case of plugin problem screenshots are useless for us.
Don't use any proxy while testing in FRD (if possible).

PS. We do not respond to private messages, because there are too many users...
PS2. We delete threads not answering these simple questions (we have to avoid repeating garbage)
