File is downloaded.by IE 8.0.

The problem is in your internet connection, not FRD.

All files is downloaded.from rapidshare.com by IE 8.0, but not by FRD.

As the exceptions says, "Connection reset". Not related to FreeRapid's code. If you are dead set on that it's a problem with FRD, you should propably go report the problem to Apache, as the low-level network methods are handled by their code.

FreeRapid uses Apache's low-level networking code, I meant.

you probably don't have properly set your connection in FRD - proxy, see IE connection settings

In FRD options - connection i have "Use default system connection".
I wrote that files are downloaded well by IE, but NOT by FRD with same connection options!
