Unfortunately they use Adobe HDS, which is not supported at the moment.

I wanted that feature too, but at this time it only downloads the raw data on YouTube servers (on preferred file containers, check the options for YouTube plugin). That means: the downloader does not convert downloaded files into other file types. Maybe that's a feature to implement futurely.
